Why should I work with Aussie Babes Club?

Whether you are a first-time performer or an experienced star, there is so much to enjoy about working with us. We will celebrate your individuality, and provide opportunities for talented performers who are often overlooked because they don't fit the mainstream 'brand'. Many performers find it liberating to shoot with us - the opportunity to be part of a fun, empowering team and create something beautiful with YOUR body, will leave you on a huge creative high! 

Performers' wellbeing is central to every shoot. We operate safe sets, with a strict and transparent Professionalism Agreement, so you will always feel safe and supported on set. After your shoot you'll be given the opportunity to provide feedback, which can be anonymous. 

We pay performers as well as we can - our current rates for produced XXX scenes start at $200 for solo, $400 for partnered scenes, $450 for group scenes. We're also the only site in Australia which pays superannuation (9.5%) to ALL our performers and crew members! If a performer or team member refers someone new to us, they will earn a bonus after their first shoot. We're looking at ways to increase performers' earnings by 2022 through implementing a revshare program, so watch this space.

We are an inclusive company and will consider all body shapes, ages, abilities, backgrounds, genders and sexualities. No experience is necessary. 

We believe that sexy is subjective, and it's not our place to tell our audience what - or who - they should find sexy. We love to celebrate the unique flavour of sexy that each performer brings to the table. We are open to shooting all kinds of people and scenes, within the legal and ethical limitations. So if you're unsure if you "look" like a p*** star, we encourage you to apply anyway! 

That being said, there are some limitations to who we will work with. All performers must:

• Have the right to work in Australia;
• Be over 18 (with current government-issued photo ID).

Experienced male performers are welcome to apply in case work becomes available, but we mostly work with cis female and trans performers. 

That's entirely up to you! Since we are an adult company, nudity would be the minimum requirement, and your shoot will usually involve either masturbating or having s*x of some description. Yes, we support performers' choice to use condoms! You decide the type of scenes you are open to (e.g. solo, duo scenes, group scenes, same gender performers or other genders), and on every shoot you'll be asked to set limits and boundaries. We won't send you into shoots blind - you know ahead of time what type of shoot you're accepting, and you can ask questions or turn any shoot down. On your shoot day if something feels off, we encourage you to pause and chat to the producer - it's their priority to make sure you're happy and safe.

2. We'll offer you a face-to-face or video interview. We'll ask more about you, the types of shoots you're open to, and answer any questions you have. If you're new to this, we'll chat about what entering the industry might mean for you and give you some resources. 
3. If you decide to proceed, you'll go into our confidential database. We'll contact you when shoots that match your preferences become available.
